The artist recognizes your right to confidentiality and is committed to
protecting your privacy. The artist is the sole owner of information collected
on this site. The artist will not sell, share, or rent this information to
others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The artist
collects information from our visitors at several different points on our web
site.
Order Form
To place an order, the artist requests contact information from customers (such
as name, phone, e-mail and shipping address) and financial information (such as
credit card number, expiration date, tax exempt status). This data is collected
for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble
processing and order, this information is used to contact the customer.
The artist may store and process contact and financial information to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services. We may use that information to contact you regarding your order fulfillment, or to notify you about future promotions. The artist uses the information that we collect to provide our customers with the best possible experience.

We do not relate this information with the information you provide us for order
fulfillment.

alteration of the information under our control. The personal information and

encryption technology before being transmitted over the Internet. It is
virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while
being transferred to the artist. Credit card information is securely stored in a
database that is separate from the web site and not directly connected to the
Internet.

Although the artist makes every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to
